Counseling, Education and Consultation

Our Services
Connecting Generations, Inc. utilizes effective, unconventional, as well as evidence-based practices to assist individuals and families with achieving their counseling goals and to maintain positive therapeutic outcomes.

DHS Service Provider

Providing quality counseling and intervention services to address the social, mental, educational and emotional needs of at-risk youth, children, and families in the state of Georgia.


Community Resources

Community-based resources accessed through other human service agencies will be utilized to wrap round a system of support.



Outpatient Therapy

Provides group, individual, and family counseling services to children, adolescents and adults.


Group Therapy

For children and adults, encouraging interactive skill building, developing coping skills, and learning about personal triggers and patterns of behavior in safe, confidential group setting under the direction and supervision of a licensed mental health professional.


Substance Abuse Education

Provides assessments to assist with identifying appropriate level of care for substance abuse treatment.


Clinical Assessment

Complete assessments used to identify individual strengths and needs to determine eligibility and treatment options for children and adults.


Connected Generations, Inc. (CGI.) Incorporates a multi-faceted approach to providing services/resources and collaborate with community-based organizations such as:

Community-Based Resources


Community-based resources will be utilized by networking with other Human Services Agencies and utilizing referral services already established in each individual county. The agency will serve the needs of each individual and or family

unit by:

  • Networking with other Human Service agencies.
  • Establishing effective relationships with clients as well as Case-Managers or other care providers.
  • Establishing support groups, within their peer source.
  • Establishing and maintaining a contact source sheet on available community resources and information to be distributed to each client,
  • Defining what various community resources do and how that service is available to each client.
  • A strong encouragement to clients to use each community resources wisely and effectively.
